The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is currently holding public hearings (Thursday, January 11th, and Friday, January 12th, 2024), in the proceedings initiated by South Africa against Israel concerning the violations by Israel of its obligations under the Genocide Convention.

(1) Killing Palestinians in Gaza, including a large proportion of women and children - estimated to account for around 70 per cent of the more than 21,110 fatalities - some of whom appear to have been summarily executed; (pp.31-35).
